How Gimel Agent Control helps

Gimel Agent Control leverages Gimel ID, addresses the specific question of authorizing an AI system and, in this respect, complements the existing governance framework:

  • The one-to-one identification (creation and upgrade of an identity via the Gimel ID),
  • secure authentication (identification to third parties via the Gimel Wallet* and Bespoke G-Wallet),
  • transparent authorisation (decision-making authority through our Gimel Governance) and
  • verifiable legitimation (providing evidence for power of attorney) are closely related.

It is not sufficient to prove certain powers of attorney if the authorising personality is not clearly proven.

Gimel Governance works comparable to the commercial register for companies, which shows powers of attorney for managing directors and authorised signatories:
  • Instead of a central register, Gimel Governance uses the Web3 in the form of a public, partially public or private blockchain (dependent on target group) to map the powers of attorney of an AI systems.
  • The “register entry” is attached to the Gimel ID, while maintaining Zero-Knowledge-Proofs.
  • The scope of the decision-making powers granted, i.e. the respective delegation of authority, is thus verifiable by third parties.
  • The authorised AI system must be able to reliably prove its authorisation in order to act legitimately.

For example, when it comes to AI bots for strategic sourcing for example, corporates may add a reference to our Web3-based AI registry in their procurement guidelines published on their website.

Ultimately, our Gimel Governance serves to protect the identity of the individual concerned. The protection of identity and authority together therefore ensures the autonomy of the individual or sovereignty of an organization.
